‘number three’ is a privately owned facility that for nearly fifteen years has been serving the business communities of Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands. Originally offices attached to the former engineering factory, the current owner/directors completely refurbished and extended the facility, adding an additional floor, to create very flexible office space within a high quality building with excellent connectivity to the outside world. Typically, the building houses between 15 and 20 businesses, plus a number of virtual clients, from a broad range of business sectors, directly supporting around 200 jobs. We consistently achieve occupancy levels of 95%+ with an average client stay of over 7 years. With an extensive background working for large corporates, the owners’ philosophy is simple – to provide an ideal working environment for their clients, one that they would be happy to work in, and to look after all aspects of running the offices so that clients are able to concentrate on their business.
