The World of Work Is Changing

Social distancing measures put in place as a result of COVID-19 have proven that working remotely is a feasible alternative to commuting to the office. Employees and business owners alike will want more working flexibility going forward. Phlex is here to make that possible.

Welcome to Phlex

It allows you to take ownership of where you work and how much you pay and makes finding a space as easy as pressing a button.

Through Phlex, you get all of the benefits of a rented office – including a place to meet clients and to print off those all-important reports – but on your terms, without a contract.

So what are you waiting for? Find your space now.

A Note From the Founders

Phlex is the brainchild of Jill Farmer, Osteopath & Chartered Ergonomist specialising in office, agile and remote working, and Caroline Sumners, CIM-qualified Marketing Consultant with 20 years experience managing dispersed teams for tech giants Hitachi and IBM.

“We were frustrated with the challenges that working from home presented and desperately wanted a professional working environment. But we didn’t want to lose the get-up-and-go flexibility that working from home offered, so that’s why we created Phlex: the middleman between you and your next desk.

The future of work is exciting, and recent technological advances have enabled us to do so much from home. But we mustn’t lose sight of friendship and human interaction, which is why community is at the heart of everything we do at Phlex. Our goal is to enable collaboration and support wherever you are and to say goodbye to home-working loneliness.”
